| Definition | Water temperature sensor primarily designed for use on the SBE 25 and 25plus Sealogger CTD systems but can be used as a component in custom oceanographic profiling systems or high-accuracy temperature-monitoring applications. The sensor operates over the range -5 to +35 degC and has an initial accuracy of +/-0.001 degC. The sensor has a depth rating of 6800 m (aluminium housing) or 10500 m (titanium housing). The SBE 3F is an enhanced version of the SBE 3 temperature sensor. | ||
