| Definition | The SBE 37 MicroCAT is a high accuracy conductivity and temperature recorder with an optional pressure sensor and an Optical Dissolved Oxygen (ODO) sensor designed for deployment on moorings. It is available with either a plastic (rated to 350m) or titanium (rated to 6000m) housing and has an internal pump to improve conductivity and oxygen response. Bio-fouling protection is provided by expendable anti-foulant devices, pump flow path and pumping regimen. | |
