| Definition | A 16 channel Differential Global Positioning System (DGPS) receiver with 12 GPS L1 code and carrier channels. The receiver incorporates signals from 2 Satellite Based Augmentation System (SBAS) channels and 2 300 KHz DGPS beacon channels, to provide up to 20 Hz sub-metre three-dimensional differential positioning. The receiver uses a Receiver Autonomous Integrated Monitoring (RAIM) algorithm to exclude satellite signals with consistent bias errors, further improving accuracy and reliability. In differential mode, the receiver has an accuracy of 40 cm, with a velocity accuracy of 0.1 knots. | ||
