| Definition | A BODC binary encoding that packs Munsell hue, value and chroma into a 32-bit integer. The first 7 bits describe 10 * the sub-step of the Hue, ranging from 0.0 to 10.0. The next 4 bits describe Hue as defined in the HUEIDENT String array. The next 10 bits describe 10 * the Value, ranging from 0.0 to 10.0. The final 10 bits describe 10 * the Chroma value, ranging from 0.0 to 102.3. | |
